Dell has Offered a Resolution

I would like to report good news: Dell has taken my complaints to heart and will be shipping me a new system shortly. My case was taken to the escalated issues department. They are trying to figure out where the breakdown in the system was. As it is, Dell has paid for my computer 2-3X over in paying freelance technicians.

We can’t all be perfect. Striving for solutions, however, is very important, I think.

  1. Congrats on getting Dell to do the right thing. Persistence is worth it!

    Have you seen Dave Carroll’s video on YouTube? United Breaks Guitars? He’s making a secondary career out of getting companies to improve their customer experience. I bet he’d love to hear your story!
